Hello,

So I've only had this laptop for a little over 30 days, and it's having some serious problems. One I would like to attempt to fix here if possible.

No matter which wireless network I am near, the computer will drop my connection and be unable to reconnect until I reboot. Upon rebooting, it attempts to reconnect and has 50% success of reconnection. I have been using a usb wifi stick in place of the built-in Realtek 8191SE. There are no events in the log of hardware failure, and the drivers are newer than the ones on the Sager website, I am using the driverfrom here (http://www.realtek.com/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=21&PFid=48&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false&Downloads=true).

I do have an RMA in for this problem and another one, but I was wondering if anyone had a similar issue with a solution perhaps. Thank you

I don't have the issue, but sadly I have the intel 6300N. You could always cancel your RMA and spend 40 bucks on a intel 6300N (http://www.amazon.com/Intel-Centrino-Ultimate-N-6300-Network/dp/B0038A9HSK) or (since I think your card is a 2 wire) you could spend 26.00 on the Intel 6200N (http://www.directron.com/622anhmwwb.html?gsear=1)

Though I do understand the idea of having to spend more money on something you just bought is probably not appealing.

A wireless network connection or lack thereof has caused me more than a couple of headaches. 75% of the time I have totally un-installed the driver and any proprietary connection software, rebooted, then installed the driver and used window to connect and the problem is solved.

Why not roll back to Sager's drivers?
