I don't know what shipping is going to cost or if you will have to pay duties/taxes or anything, but I am going to assume that shipping is going to be reasonable.

The next thing I suggest depending on money that is left over:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834220651

get yourself something like this for school for taking notes, light email/web surfing and office functions on the go.

Otherwise if you want a more all in one solution:

Thank you for the quick response. I have also looked at MSI GX660-053US and MSI GX640-260US, is there any downside to these notebooks in comparison to the notebooks you mentioned? And is there any problems or other things I should be aware of when purchasing one of these notebooks?

the screen res isn't full HD and a slightly lesser GPU, there have been some sporadic reports of heating issues. Other than that they seem to be fine.

I noticed something on the FORCE 1656-ID5, when you get to the network options, it is written "none standard" and "Intel® Ultimate-N 6300 - 802.11A/B/G/N Wireless LAN Module".

What does it mean? isnt there a wireless network on the notebook as standard?

No there isn't. It is a barebones laptop that you can add basically anything you want.
