I ordered my 5793 March 31st and received it on the 5th of April.
Today is the 29th of April and over the past couple of days I've had it lock up on me during Crysis about 5 times and I'll get these occasional and weird black outs while I'm using Photoshop CS3 and Elements.. the blackouts are very short, maybe 2 seconds. I've also noticed at times it will take a good minute and a half, maybe 3 and a half minutes to boot up and it's a black screen from the time I hit the power button until the little microsoft window orb pops up. I don't always get the Sager screen visable like I did in the beginning. Also, now that I'm thinking of it... My bluray often gets very jittery at times. Especially when in full screen and coming off of a pause to continue playing.

I love this thing and hate to think things are going wrong already! I'm big into 'puters, but haven't gotten into OC'ing or tweaking... I've built a few desk top systems but when it comes to diagnostics and fixing weird issues, I'm pretty clueless.. ugh. Any ideas whats going on here? Could this be a video card melt down? Memory issues? When or if at all should I contact Xotic for help? I currently am still in my 30 days, but pushing it.

Thanks in advance everyone!

In the infamous words of Justin "I would recommend contacting technical support for help at 1-(800) 741-2219 (9AM - 5PM PST) OR 1-(877) 645-9312 (24/7 Domestic Tech Support)" :P

Technology is reliably unrealiable =P. I had a few black outs during booting when I first bought my laptop, but they resolved themselves quickly. I would also recommend tech support.

If nothing else you are on record. The problem first showed up and is logged into the system so if it goes down later the warranty cannot be questioned later.
