Not sure if it belongs here or in off topic, but... I am looking into buying a Wireless N router and was hoping in anyone knowing how to set it up with the fios wireless router. I've heard that you have to turn of DHCP on the new router, so it won't have any conflicts. If any one can point me into the right direction.

You don't need to turn off DHCP on the new router. What you do is find out what the base IP of the FIOS router is and if the new router is the same merely change it before you hook it up to the FIOS router. Otherwise you plug the WAN port from the N router into any of the fios router ports (1-4 usually). So just make sure you hardwire the new router to a PC first and setup the new router all the way before you plug it into the FIOS router.
Which fios router is it? I can possibly be more help if I know which it is.

ok the actiontec uses a base IP of 192.168.1.1
You will want to set any router you get to 192.168.2.1 as its base IP
Also make sure that you turn off the wireless capability on the version router so you don't have problems with your wireless signals.
here is the page with the manual(s) for your vzw router: http://www.actiontec.com/support/product_details.php?pid=41
