Just wanted to leave some feedback - I hope this is the correct forum board.
A co-worker of mine here at Microsoft recommended Xotic a while ago, and I decided to give it a try for a laptop for my wife.
I purchased a Sager NP8760 a little over a week ago which arrived today. The process was pleasant and everything happened smoothly - even though (due to my own error) I had to call to amend one detail with the order.
Overall, very impressed with your service. I plan on shopping here for a second laptop - this time for myself - in the immediate future (some time early August).
