The laptop bag that comes with the NP9285, how basic is it? Also, since it comes with the laptop, why is it that the Targus XL backpack is still $75 extra?
Thanks!

I'm not sure how big the 9285 is but I have had this bag for a few years now, still in great shape so build quality has held nicely and plenty of space for books, my water bottles, it is perfect for school or casual trips.

forgot to mention I have used it for my Dell M1530 (15.3"), hopefully my new GX660R coming this week will fit in it also.

I would not use the standard Sager bag. It is not well padded. You should make the investment and spend $75-$100 for a good bag. I got a bag from Slappa an it is perfect.

I highly recommend a bag like PTRob linked. My G73 experience says backpack way to go. Of course build and construction also very important.
