View Full Version : 3 days in phase 1?

Hi, I ordered an NP2092 this last friday, 3 days ago, and its been in phase 1 since. Im not being impatient or anything, I was wondering if something went wrong or if phase 1 sometimes takes that long. :)

What are your payment methods and have you recieved any e-mails about it? When I was first going to order my laptop, I had to have my mom add our home address as a shipping location for our credit card. If you want a definite answer about what's going on, I would probably use the instant chat feature on the home page and ask about your status :).

Bad timing. You ordered on a Friday of a holiday weekend.

I do not know if that is the reason, but I would guess that it has something to do about it.

Oh yea, they are right. I didn't register that you said last friday. They won't process your order until tuesday, so don't worry about it too much :p.
