I want to add another 2gb of RAM to my np9262. I took off the back panels to take a look and its not especially explicit where the RAM is located. I dont want to disassemble anything I dont have to so could someone who has done this please let me know where it is and maybe some instructions on safely disassembling? Thank you very much for your help.

This may help

http://www.xoticpc.com/sager-np9260-clevo-d900c-review-a-36.html

This has photos about 1/3 down the page. It is for the 9260 mobo so it may be slightly different, however it is unlikely to have moved far.

Hope this helps

You can use Everest to find out what RAM you currently have.
Sager/XoticPC uses major brand RAM for the systems, so it`s possible to be compatible with pretty much any big name out there : Corsair,A-data,Kingston,Patriot,Mushkin,Samsung,Micron etc.

Thank you both very much. I had already checked my ram before I saw the post about everest and it turned out to be manufactured by apacer. I've never heard of them before and theres not a ton of info on them on the internet. The only 800 mhz apacer 200 pin ram I could find on the internet was 2x1gb sticks on ebay from another D901c owner wanting to upgrade. Should I get 2gb of ocz and put it in with the apacer? or get 4gb of ocz and try to sell my apacer? or i might settle with the 3gb of apacer off ebay. Thanks again for all your help.

Apacer RAM is also good, no problems there :)
