can this specs play crysis on high 1920 * 1080 res with 45fps or more? or can it play very high on 1600* w/e res with 45 fps? be honest. whats your gameplay fps on this? and is this laptop very stable? no issues?

should i wait for the ati 6800 series or buy this baby?

45avg? No. I don't have but I have that card and I don't see CF getting it there. I do think a little compromise and yes.

Are you kidding? Crossfired 5870M's? Yea it should play High settings crysis at 45+ FPS. Why? A single 5870M plays crysis on high @ 56 FPS (FHD), now on Ultra it plays it at about 17 FPS so ultra with CF you probably will see about 30-35 FPS average. (now that is of course from the crysis bench which is more demanding than actual game play)

so i could play high on 1920*1080 res with 45+ fps gameplay then?

what about 1600 * w/e on very high? how many fps on gameplay?

Mav might be correct I might of mixed high and ultra. I knew this before I posted. I wanted someone like Mav to put in perspective. But to OP when you said "high" did you mean best? If so I stand by 1st post.

You can and should get well over 45 FPS on HIGH settings in crysis at native (1920x1080) res. Ultra settings I would expect you could probably get about 30 FPS average in native res.

If you drop to 1680x1050 (since you have a wide screen always try and use wide screen res' or it will look funny) then you should be well above 60 on high settings and probably 40 or so on Ultra.

From http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/mobility-radon-hd-5870-geforce-gtx-480m-crossfire,2736-8.html :
"Very High" at 45+ FPS on 1920x1080 does not seem very likely.

That is a single 5870M, and Very high = Ultra. High is not Ultra. Do more reading before you say things that aren't true.

Which part of what was said is not true?

(I believe the "X fire" in the first set of results implies that it is not a single card).

im talking about high, not very high. i know very high is like 27fps. well, powerpack, since you mix high and very high on 1920 x 1080 res,how many fps you get on gameplay?
