Hello everyone,

I just purchased a NP5793 with a duo X9000 2.8ghz and I was wondering if anyone could get me some tips for overclocking the processor. I already have a basic idea of how to change the speed through bios, but any additional help would be appreciated.

thanks!

You can do pretty much everything from BIOS with an unlocked CPU clock like you got but read on.

Over clocking a lappy????? OK go for it.

Look to this little utility and stand back for some smoking speed with a GUI interface in real time on your screen after booting to windows......

Also works to under-clock and under-volt your system for a real cool laptop with a longer lasting battery in the highest of ambient temps. It might even let you over clock your GPU.

PS: Please read the documentation that comes with this.......
