5400rpm or 7200rpm?

Good heavens, not another question! :)
Is there a significant difference between an HD that is 5400rpm and 7200rpm? I heard there is, especially as far as access time is concerned.

Uh, Thanks, but what am I looking at? I don't understand what the pictures are and one is in chinese and it looks like a comparison of the same drive with itself except the size from what I think I see. I don't know.
I need this in simpler terms I think.

The right side of the pic shows you numbers, read/write speeds.
Basically, the 320 /5400 is the best choice right now.
