Remove Unwanted AV

Many new Notebooks are shipped with trial versions of antivirus programs and other antimalware software.

You may also want to completely uninstall your present full version in order to try another program.

You are a busy list/link compiler Smog. This can be helpful that damn Norton just does not want to leave completely. Wants to leave a little of it's stink behind. I might give it a try.

The trial Av on Dell's is also almost impossible to get all removed without extra means.

I like to switch my AV often to check out other offerings so getting the old completely out is important.

I've seemed to have removed the AV that came with mine. Mcafee, I think? I can not find any trace of it. Just used their uninstall program that came with it.

Run the Mcafee remover to get all the bits and pieces the programs built-in uninstaller leaves behind.
