Vista (64-bit) Recovery Discs

Hi all,

I've been having problems with my computer lately; Namely, services that are required for internet not starting because of "Error 5: Access is Denied".

I somehow managed to lose my 64-bit recovery discs that came with my machine (NP5790) and I was wondering if there is any other way I can restore my system to factory defaults(Complete restore not using a saved restore point) without using the internet directly on that computer....

If you are looking to restore windows entirely then you would need the recovery disk to re-install windows. You can also contact Sager at 1-800-741-2219 and request a 64-bit recovery CD.
