If I buy a laptop from Xoticpc, I found I have two choices.
a) Canada UPS for $57.00
b) Canada Express for $110.00 which is quicker and states there is no brokerage fee.
my question is, if b) states that there is no brokerage fee, is there going to be a brokerage fee for a) ? and if so how much? and when will I pay?
