I don't know. Call Xotic Monday. I do think very soon. Asus really is the only one that seems to have long time between announcement and in stock.

on sagernotebook.com it says the ETA is early February so hopefully they'll have it in like 2 weeks

The main thing I worry about with the NP5160 and Np5170 is the use of the non Huron River HM55 chipset.

Just checked, at least now says HM65. You know at release documentation is just out of control.

A game changer
Now that changes everything.
Now I change my buy recommendation from hold to buy(like stock market) for those in this price range.
A lot of goodies at an excellent price.
No need to consider used units of previous generations if you can get all this at this price.
If I had this,all I'd do is put a Crucial SSD in it,put 4gb x 2 memory modules and upgrade the wireless card but stock will work fine.

Yes I like the lighter weight. Has decent GPU and your beloved optimus. I have not seen the quads go into to anything smaller than a 15.6". So makes this very tempting? But the 13.3 with a dual core SB might still get me with that 8+ hr batt life.
