Before I start, note that this is the wrong place to post this, there is a place called "Which Laptop Should I Buy?" ...Anyway :P

The Sagar NP2096 is perfect for you, but to answer your questions about it:

There is shipping costs of course added on:
INTERNATIONAL USPS Global Express Mail - $223 - 3-5 Days
INTERNATIONAL GLOBAL UPS - $249 - "Quote will be provided upon delivery address"

Watch Cable TV on your laptop... ? I guess if you had a TV Tuner Card you could hook your cable modem, and watch Cable TV. Then, yes, you can (If you have a TV Tuner Card). I should also include, that the NP2096 contains a mini-card slot, so a internal TV Tuner Card would work as well, probably better.

I'd say so, they build for quality, obviously there chassis isn't the most flashy on the block. But hell, it lasts, and it stands a long time.

As far as I can see I don't think the NP2096 can be upgraded (Unless I'm not seeing everything here). I am saying this pretty shaky as ussually the video card and such is able to be self-upgraded.

Thankyou very much for reply.

All right, as you can see my budget is anything below $1000, so i have one question now:

1) As for me, i think shipping charges are too high, so i want to know, is there any way or chance to reduce or get discount for shipping charges, if yes, what is that ?

Thanking you.

To answer your question, as I believe there is no way to lower your shipping charges (Discounts and such), there are discounts however to lower your total price (Laptop only). If you pay with a Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer, or PayPal E-Check you are eligible an instant cash rebate of up to 3%.

That's the only discounting I know of, I may be wrong, wait for some members of the community to confirm, ;)
