OK, put my order in on the 18 Jul and before I knew it the laptop was on my door step (23 Jul). Thanks XOTICPC for the excellent delivery time and service.:)

So when I opened the box I noticed that the mouse I ordered was missing. :( I imediately contacted the service department and they were quick to respond that the mouse would be shipped separately and that I would be updated with a tracking number as soon as UPS pick up the mouse. Well since then no news from XOTIC or UPS.

Can someone from XOTIC PC comment on this? :confused:

Oh, that's not good.

Have you tried calling them again to request tracking, or telling them your problem? Or even emailing XoticPC for information?

Hope you get your mouse, let me know how it goes.

Sometimes they send accessories separately, but it is never to much trouble to give them a call and double check.

I had a very similar situation. My lappy shipped a few days before christmas and I got it the last shipping day before the holidays. Needless to say the accessories I had ordered with it were not in the package. When I called XoticPC they were very nice and told me that they wanted to get my machine to me as soon as possible and would ship the non-essencials as soon as they could. frankly I'm glad they didn't wait to ship it together because I wouldn't have had my lappy for christmas to show off to all my Brother-in-laws who proceeded to drool over the system the whole time :)

You will get your mouse, don't worry too much. but as others have suggested, give them a call. they don't mind and it would ease your mind.

Well, got an email from Justin but he gave me the ups tracking number that refers to the inial order so according to him the order has been received!

My order never arrived or my accessories haven't been delivered.
If your shipment never arrived, please double check the tracking information Then please EMAIL (service@xoticpc.com)our customer service department for further assistance. All accessories ship from a alternate location via UPS Ground Service. You will receive 2 tracking #'s for orders with accessories.

Hi Justin, thanks for the info. I have reviewed the faq and it says that I should have received 2 tracking number; I did not...my order# is 6367.

:) Finally got emails from the services department...the mouse has shipped this morning and should arrived nlt 7 Aug.

I ordered an extra laptop battery with my laptop. Do they send that separately? I hope it comes with my laptop because I don't want to wait for another package unless it was shipped separately the same day as the laptop.

^ If you are referring to a Sager Battery, they are back ordered on a few of the batteries. A couple of our ASUS models have back ordered batteries from ASUS also. Once they arrive in, they normally ship out right away. :)

Yes, i ordered an extra battery with my Sager NP 5792. I was just curious if it would be in the same box as my laptop or sent separately. Not really a problem as long as I get it a few days after my laptop arrives.
