KingKong, sorry your thread was moderated! I approved it as soon as I saw it. Anyway, you've got some really nice choices there. The main difference between the NP8130 and NP8150 is the screen. The first is matte, and the second is glossy. Other than that, there isn't too terribly much of a difference except in color, from what I can see in the gallery for those two computers.

Only other suggestion I might make is to take a look at the G73SW-A1 since it has the new Sandy Bridge technology. Oh, and also scout out the NP8150-S1 too! The S1 versions of our Sagers are just beefed-up from the non-S1s, for a less expensive price.

I have one other question...for the Sager laptops, when I replace the Optical drive with a HDD, what happens to the dvd burner that comes with the standard laptop?

What I'm really asking here is, do I need a usb slim drive? All I use the dvd burner for is installing applications, Windows 7 or games...and sometimes (rarely) burning mp3 cds. My SSD will only be used for Windows 7, Office and 3 games (at most). So, everything else will be installed on the HDD in the Optical drive bay

If you absolutely need the space, yes, replace the ODD. The slimline external optical drives we offer are very minimalist, and good to have if you are planning on carrying this laptop in any sort of a case. They do require two USB ports, though, so beware.

Also, the original DVD burner that you'd be replacing in the ODD bay would be absorbed in the cost of the hard drive. Sager keeps those.
