Hi,

Ive recently placed a pre-order for the Sager NP5160 laptop. While browsing through these forums I found many people suggesting Sage laptops as they have very good specs for their price. But recently I came accross this site http://www.resellerratings.com/store/Sager and reviews over there have just absolutely trashed the service of Sager. Hence, I wanted to know about the kind of experience other people have had with Sager's service.

If Sager's service was bad I dont think it could have survived to this day. But I'm definitely concerned and thinking about cancelling the pre-order and going in for an Asus laptop.

Any suggestions/comments are welcome :)
