I will be ordering a Sager NP9262 here pretty soon, but two things keep me up at night.

I am have a hard time choosing between a 17" WUXGA or a 17" WSXGA+ screen. I will be using the laptop for gaming and read that WUXGA screens need a top-of-the-line graphics card to handle the high resolution. Which leads to the next issue, is a single NVIDIA 9800m GTX DDR3 1024MB, better than 2 NVIDIA 9800M GT GDDR3 512MB (total of 1024MB) SLI Cards? I am sorry if these questions have been asked before, I am kind of impatient in searching for answers. Another concern is are these cards able to handle the high resolutions of a WUXGA screen, for games like Supreme Commander, and other graphics hogging real time strategy games. One more quick question is will the NVIDIA 9800M GTX be SLI enabled?

Thank you to all who can help me.

This site helped me decide...
http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-9800M-GTX.9919.0.html

2 NVIDIA 9800M GT will problably be better. But the GTX will probably be almost as good.
The 8800gt sli is a little better that the 9800gtx, so the 9800gt sli will kick:cool:
You could probably go with the gxt and see about upgrading to dual cards at a later time. (You can't buy moble GPUs. Better ask xotic if they'll do an upgrade for you.)

Tough choices though:spinny:
I just went with the two GTs. :smile2:
Havent receive it yet.

Good luck.

17" WUXGA will take more out of your card but I haven't heard any complaints. People love the vivid display.:smile2:

Still waiting on mine:rolleyes:
