I see the forums vBulletin version went from 3.7.4 to 3.8.2.

If so,why not version 4?

Is it a work in progress becaucse I'm not having the pages display properly.

EDIT:now displaying properly again.

Maybe Version 4 requires a wipe of the database?

Yes,this is most likely but I think it can be installed and setup on a backup server first and then switched over to live with minimal forum down time?

It may be costly to pay for version 4 and pay to have it set up with necessary 3rd party software.

The interface is different so if would look and behave differently than what we see and are used to now.

I think 3.8.4 was the last update to version 3.
