I am looking to sell my good old np9262.
17inch screen with 1680x1050 resolution.
4 GB RAM 800mhz
GTX 280M 1GB
640 GB HDD (2 x 320GB)
Built in Card Reader
With power adapter.

Additional: Buffalo USB 3.0 PCI Adapter
ZM-NC2000 Notebook Cooler

PRICE: 850 (Open to negotiation)

The laptop has WIN 7 installed. But I will WIPE EVERYTHING before I ship. So you will have to install your own system from ground up.
I have put on wrist protector since day one. Let me know if you want me to take them off before I sell.
Might not be able to ship as soon as you want. I might take me more than one week. Since I haven't found the alternative yet.

I will post pics if someone asked for them.

feel free to PM me.

Just a little suggestion, cut the price to 500 and you might get some sniffs. I just sold my Asus G73 (specs in sig) and only got 1200 for it, and even on Ebay you can get one for around that. Your machine is about 3 generations of tech old and you can get a brand new sandy bridge 5170 for just about 850 bucks. 500 You might get someone that is looking for a mobile workstation and not a gaming machine that doesn't have to have latest tech to pick that laptop up.

BTW I would at least do a fresh install of Windows 7 onto the laptop, you just don't enter your serial number and the person you sell it to has 30 days to enter a serial number if their own.

For anyone looking and wants to compare where the Q9650 stands? PassMark CPU bench has Q9650 and Q2630 both around 4,600, Q9650 edging by about 50 more. 4,606 vs 4,546.

For the right buyer this could be a fair deal. But yes $500 would move this baby faster. Might as well keep trying to see if you can get $850. I mean if you make the sum of it's entirety. Not just components. It is a beast and built as such.

Mav I am impressed you got $1200 for your G73, good price. that was what like $300 to use for almost 9 months since original release? If you can keep doing that I would suggest doing every year? $300 a year on $1500 is 5 years you got the best part of that cycle. But that also has me thinking OP's $850 is not too high. It's performance exceeds your G73 by a substantial margine in my opinion, older tech or not.

Edit: Changed 500 to 50. Who taught me how to count?

The problem is that the i7 2630QM is just that good and for the 850 price tag here you get less of a machine. 700 might be a good compromise price on it.

More like 675 or so that's tech for you no doubt it's still a very very powerful machine but it's getting old and a classic like the M1730 but sometimes it still can show some shame for modern gaming machines but it is what it is.

I think the SSD will help. It is still a solid system even if not the most current.

I just joined 2 days before you decided to keep. If you change your mind I was interested at your price. Thanks.
