The homepage is now the only remaining page for my google chrome browser that has a weird problem where the view cart | my account | live chat | log out appears to be partially under neath the other pages menu.

Yes, but just slightly. Chrome is still not widely used by many, so I don't expect every web page to line up perfectly with Chrome. But, I like chrome better than any other browser out there. Mozzila will put you to sleep to load and IE will almost assuredly get you viruses.

I would agree with you, if it were the same on every page of Xotic's site, but the Home page is the only one that still does it. They have it fixed on all the rest of them.

I noticed the same thing when I was using chrome, but it was causing me issues so went back to firefox.
