Cash Rebate not working

Was trying to fill out an order tonight and the cashrebate coupon does not work.

I have the check/money order/ bank transfer option checked but when I enter the cashrebate coupon code and click redeem the price stays the same instead of the 3% discount price I should have got.

Please advise how to proceed.

Sorry, that bit doesn't seem to be working. I don't know if it's something not working in the site or if it shows up on the next step. If you can wait a day, I think it would be best to give XoticPC a call Monday unless someone comes along that knows what it is before then.
