Uhh im pretty sure all 3 of those videos are not for crysis 3. The first one is for crysis 2, the second one is fake. The third one im not too sure about, but it looks like a mod for crysis 1.

The game will take place in the year 2047 transporting players back to New York, only it’s now been ravaged by terrible conditions to resemble an “urban rainforest” littered with swamps, trees and rivers. The image leaked earlier is ironically part of the game’s special edition called the Hunter Edition which means it won’t be available to everyone from the get go. The game’s already up for pre-order across the Xbox360, PS3 and PC but don’t expect it to hit stands before 2013.

EA is wasting no time collecting money.
They're taking pre-orders nearly a year in advance. I wonder how many people are going to give them an interest free loan for a year?

Any word on the engine? I did a few searches but wasn't able to find anything on the engine or updates to what is there now.
