Hi, I ordered an NP2092 this last friday, 3 days ago, and its been in phase 1 since. Im not being impatient or anything, I was wondering if something went wrong or if phase 1 sometimes takes that long.

What are your payment methods and have you recieved any e-mails about it? When I was first going to order my laptop, I had to have my mom add our home address as a shipping location for our credit card. If you want a definite answer about what's going on, I would probably use the instant chat feature on the home page and ask about your status
