Hey all,
Recently purchased a Dell PU705 Bluetooth mouse and am having issues getting it to work with my SAGER NP5790. I have a Internal Bluetooth 2.0+ EDR with Bluesoleil IVT software for connecting BT devices. For whatever reason the software see's and finds and connects to the mouse, but the mouse still doesn't work. I have tried verifying the device with its own address and every other mean I can think of to no avail. I am running Vista, if anyone can think of something please let me know. I am getting ready to go on deployment so any help is much appreciated! TJ |

in my experience the Bluesoleil software is garbage (and I never did get it to work with vista or 7). You shouldn't even need it with vista anyway. Try uninstalling the bluesoliel software and let windows install stock bluetooth drivers for your internal card and try using the built in windows bluetooth control panel.
if it is working right you should have a little bluetooth icon by your clock and you can right click it to walk through the bluetooth wizard.

You probably want to install W7,but I really want to go out and buy a wired keyboard is the only way to get to work today without wires. You go to Mac OS and remove the Bluetooth keyboard and mouse settings to add new panel entirely. You later.

I just got my NP8690 a few days ago. Picked up a Logitech V470 bluetooth mouse. After a LOT of work I finally got it to work..............once. Can't get it to work again.
Any recommendations for a (preferably bluetooth) laser mouse that actually works with this model and Windows 7? |

I have W7 and XP installed on my 8690 in a dual boot configuration and use the native windows bluetooth stack for all my bluetooth stuff. Give that a whirl!!!
